About Us
Hello, I’m Christiana!
I have been working in the music industry for over 10 years. I spent 7 years at Universal Music Group working with artists such as Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, The Weeknd, Ghost, and many others. I then worked for 2 years at Concord as a Project Manager before striking out on my own and starting my own management company, “Do Less Management.” During my time at other companies I was constantly fighting an uphill battle and didn’t have anyone in the industry to show me how it was done. After I started my company I began interviewing and connecting with peers in the industry who felt the same way. Where are all the mentors in this industry? Where can I find a real community? I wanted to help answer those questions and provide to others what I didn’t have in my early career, thus the #DOLESSCLUB was born!

The Do Less Club is a membership that provides access to monthly mentor masterclasses from music industry experts as well as panels, events and downloadable resources.

Every month you will have access to a new video masterclass from one of our industry experts. We will also have monthly panels, quarterly events, and members only newsletters.
What are my membership plan options?
We offer two plan options. Our most popular is an annual investment of $100 USD.
Can I view past masterclass videos?
Yes, all episodes from past months are available to all Do Less Club members.
What is your cancelation policy?
You may cancel anytime. Please let us know 5 days before your next billing date.
Is the Do Less Club available internationally?
Yes, all mentor masterclass content is available on our platform. We also record all events/panels to be put up online for future viewing.
